lovely conservatory with comfy sofas, quiet area with minimal traffic, spacious communal areas filled with great art
Could really use a room with proper ventilation since the lack of a bathroom vent makes it musty!!! I found the lack of in-room tea-making facilities a hassle. Having to go downstairs each time was just annoying!!!

Loved the privacy of my balcony, but the front door lock was frustrating.

Consider utilizing the communal kitchen early in the morning to avoid crowding later in the day, as it can get busy with other guests.

I had a lovely 2-night stay! The communal kitchen was well equipped, and having a balcony with great views was a highlight. The only downside was the slightly small room, but overall, I’d definitely return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Goonearl Simply Stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with ample supplies. The communal areas had a lovely atmosphere and featured great art, making it a charming place to relax.
The room could use a little more ventilation.

The double room with a balcony had a cozy vibe and provided some nice outdoor space to enjoy. It was tucked away in a quiet area, perfect for an escape and a bit of relaxation after a long day.
Sharing the L-shaped galley kitchen was a bit of a dance, especially when the hob was out of action and the oven was slow to heat. The room itself felt cramped for two, with limited storage options, like just hooks for clothes and no drawers, resulting in a somewhat cluttered feel. The bed frame creaked a lot, and I noticed a lingering mustiness in the bathroom without proper ventilation. One other thing-the lack of in-room tea-making facilities meant a trek downstairs for a cuppa, which got annoying pretty fast.

Quirky, comfy, and super friendly!
We stayed for 2 nights in a double room and loved the cozy vibe here. The kitchen was well stocked, and the free breakfast stuff was a sweet touch. the lounge area was great for hanging out after a day exploring. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but, honestly, it was a minor thing.

The spotlessly clean accommodation offers well-equipped kitchen facilities and a lovely communal atmosphere. Enjoying freshly baked homemade bread for breakfast was a delightful touch. Although the bathroom’s hot water seemed temperamental at times, the overall experience was enjoyable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful garden view from the balcony. Close proximity to attractions and local beaches made it an ideal base for exploring.

Couples a great getaway
The hosts were incredible, they offered dog treats upon arrival for our furry friends, Neo and Storm, which made us feel like VIPs! Kitchen was well stocked, and we even had our own balcony to soak up the views with some coffee and pastries.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.
